The last step is to enter the virtual classroom. If you like the tutor in your trial lesson then you can book 6, 12, 20, 40 lesson packages with the same teacher.

You can pay for lessons using credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or PayPal. All payments are processed securely through our encrypted payment system. Payment is required before the lesson begins to confirm your booking.

Standard lessons are typically 60 minutes long. However, some tutors may offer shorter 30-minute or longer 90-minute sessions. You can see the lesson duration when booking and select the option that works best for you.

All lessons take place in our virtual classroom, which is accessible through our platform. You can join from anywhere in the world using any device with internet connection - computer, tablet, or smartphone. No additional software installation is required.

Yes, you can cancel or reschedule lessons. Please refer to our cancellation policy: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the lesson start time will receive a full refund or credit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before may be subject to charges. You can reschedule lessons directly through your account dashboard.

Absolutely! You have the freedom to change your tutor at any time. If you're not satisfied with your current tutor, you can search for a new one and book lessons with them. Any remaining lessons from your package can be used with your new tutor. We want to ensure you have the best learning experience possible.

No, you will not be charged if the lesson doesn't start or if the teacher doesn't show up. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or credit to your account. We have a policy to protect students from no-shows. If a tutor cancels or doesn't attend, you'll be notified immediately and can reschedule or get a refund.
