3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Students: Students are responsible for attending scheduled lessons, providing accurate information, and treating tutors with respect. Students must pay for lessons as agreed and follow the cancellation policy.

3.2 Tutors: Tutors are responsible for providing quality instruction, maintaining professional conduct, showing up for scheduled lessons on time, and following all platform guidelines and policies.

4. Lesson Booking and Payment

4.1 Booking: Lessons can be booked through the platform. Booking confirmation is subject to tutor availability and payment verification.

4.2 Payment: All payments must be made through the platform's secure payment system. We accept credit cards and PayPal. Payment is required before the lesson begins.

4.3 Refunds: Refund policies are outlined in our Pricing Policy. Refunds may be issued in accordance with our cancellation and refund policies.

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1 Student Cancellation: Students may cancel lessons according to the cancellation policy. Late cancellations may result in charges as specified in our Pricing Policy.

5.2 Tutor Cancellation: If a tutor cancels a lesson, students will receive a full refund or credit, and the tutor may be subject to penalties as outlined in our policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the BLUEXEE platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of BLUEXEE or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from platform content without written permission.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

  • Sharing account credentials with others
  • Using the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Harassing, abusing, or harming other users
  • Attempting to circumvent payment systems
  • Uploading malicious software or viruses
  • Impersonating others or providing false information
  • Interfering with platform operations or security

8. Privacy and Data Protection

9. Dispute Resolution

9.3 Limitation of Liability: BLUEXEE's liability is limited as outlined in these Terms. We are not responsible for disputes between users that occur outside of our platform.

10. Termination

BLUEXEE reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities. Users may terminate their accounts at any time by contacting support or using account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

BLUEXEE reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
