To get started, you can book a trial lesson with your chosen tutor. This gives you the opportunity to see if the tutor's teaching style works for you. If you're satisfied, you can purchase lesson packages (6, 12, 20, or 40 hours) at a discounted rate. All lessons take place in our online BLUEXEE classroom, which you can access directly from your account dashboard.

Payment is secure and can be made via credit card or PayPal. You have the flexibility to transfer hours between tutors if needed, and unused lessons can be refunded. Lessons can be canceled or rescheduled for free up to 5 hours before the scheduled time.

No, you will not be charged if a lesson doesn't take place due to the teacher's absence or technical issues. If your tutor doesn't show up for a scheduled lesson, the lesson hours will not be deducted from your account, and you'll receive a free replacement lesson.
