Absolutely! You can easily switch tutors at any time using the "Transfer hours" feature in your account dashboard. This allows you to move your remaining lesson hours from one tutor to another without any additional cost.

If you have any issues with your current tutor or simply want to try a different teaching style, you can browse other available tutors and transfer your hours. We want to ensure you have the best learning experience possible.

No, you will not be charged if a lesson doesn't take place due to the teacher's absence or technical issues. If your tutor doesn't show up for a scheduled lesson, the lesson hours will not be deducted from your account, and you'll receive a free replacement lesson.
