Teacher help
Scheduled lessons can be cancelled or rescheduled by the teacher or the student at least 5 hours before the lesson start time.
If changes are requested within the last 5 hours before the start time, the student must confirm them. After the lesson end time has passed, use “There was a problem” and choose a resolution option.
Teachers on BLUEXEE are expected to be reliable and professional. One teacher’s conduct reflects on the whole community — please follow the rules and communicate clearly.
As a reminder: cancellations or reschedules at least 5 hours in advance are allowed from either side; late changes need student confirmation.
If you miss a lesson as the teacher, the system records a report.
Attendance steps for teachers:
1st missed class: Your profile is hidden from “Find a Tutor” until you respond to the report. Communicate with the student and support and avoid scheduling conflicts.
2nd missed class: Hidden from “Find a Tutor” for one week. New students cannot book; existing lessons continue.
3rd missed class: Hidden for two weeks. New students cannot book; existing lessons continue.
4th missed class: Hidden for one month. New students cannot book; existing lessons continue.
5th missed class: Profile blocked for 3 months. Booked lessons may be cancelled or reassigned. You must contact Support in writing. We will decide whether to reopen your profile or remove it permanently, depending on the situation.
Note: Payouts may be unavailable while your profile is hidden or blocked.
